Do I need to be home for the cleaning?

No, you do not need to be home as long as we have access to the exterior of the property (please unlock side gates). For interior cleaning, we can arrange a time that works best for you.

What happens if it rains?

This is the PNW, so we are used to the rain! Rain water is actually very pure and won't dirty your windows. Dirt comes from pollen, dust, and bird droppings. However, if there is heavy driving rain or high winds that make working unsafe, we will reschedule for the next available clear day.

How do I pay?

We accept cash, check, or credit card. We can also send a digital invoice via email or text after the job is completed for easy online payment.

Do you clean tracks and screens?

Yes! A basic wipe-down of sills is included. For our deep cleaning packages, we scrub the tracks to remove bug buildup and wash the screens so your entire window system is spotless.
